History: The Dora B. Woodyard Public Library is a cooperative school/public library in Elizabeth, WV. Established in 1962, the library was built as a memorial to the mother of Elizabeth resident Ronald Woodyard. The library serves 5,800 residents in Elizabeth and Wirt County, as well as Wirt County High School.
